Support UTF-8 mount-points

We strive to support UTF-8 throughout Cockpit and we had missed supporting this in our storage page. In this release we’ve made it possible to name and see existing mountpoints that include characters outside of the Latin1 charset, as it was previously being used by mistake.

Now you can for instance name a mountpoint to store all your cat photos in!
